Case Progression Manager

Steve joined the mortgage industry after working in various roles within financial services for firms including Standard Life and Scottish Widows. As case progression manager he runs the file from offer to completion, dealing directly with lenders, solicitors and valuers, and keeping clients informed at every stage so nothing stalls between submission and drawdown.

Focus: Case progression, lender liaison, completion management.
