We work with clients wishing to finance commercial property. Our minimum loan size for commercial property is £300,000 with no upward limit.
Our clients include individuals both resident in the UK and living abroad. We also work with UK and offshore corporate structures, pension funds and trusts. We are flexible in our approach and will travel to meet clients across the UK.
The Commercial Lenders
We work with private banks, high street banks, building societies and private equity firms. Our access to the market is not restricted. This means that you need only make one enquiry to gain access to the whole of the UK commercial finance lending market.

Our team of commercial finance brokers are all professionally qualified, we are FCA regulated and we are members of the NACFB. We all have over 10 years’ experience of property and finance and are confident in our ability to advise clients on the best possible commercial mortgage solution.

How we are paid
Our company ethos is to deliver first class commercial mortgage advice, to treat customers fairly and to build a relationship that is of much more value than one transaction. Most lenders will pay us a fee which is typically 1% of the loan amount. If the lender pays us a commission we do not need to charge separate fees to our clients.
