Wesley began his career in financial services in Bristol in 1998 and in 2005 became fully qualified as an independent mortgage broker. Wesley has the full Financial Planning Certificate and the Mortgage Advice Qualification.
Wesley is a member of the NACFB and specialises in commercial lending businesses and property development finance.
When not travelling the M4 between our London & Bristol offices Wesley enjoys mountain biking in the Mendip hills & golf.

After graduating in 1999 with a BSC Hons degree in Geography and Environmental Management, Sarah worked in the banking sector for RBS and Bristol & West. In 2005 Sarah became a mortgage broker and worked with some of the top UK mortgages brokerages of the time.
Sarah is fully qualified with her Financial Planning Certificates and Mortgage Advice Qualification.
Sarah specialises in complex residential lending situations (be that complex income or a complex property), large loans and buy to let portfolio finance. Sarah is a member of the NACFB (National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers) and therefore also specialises in commercial, development and bridging finance. Sarah enjoys getting to know her clients as no two situations will ever be the same.
Sarah loves all things Sci-Fi and enjoys reading and films. Sarah has a husband and two young children. They have connections to South Africa and enjoy travelling back to the Garden Route every couple of years to catch up with family and friends.
Adam has been a fully qualified mortgage broker since graduating from University in 2009 where he studied Accounting with Business. He started his career working for the largest whole of market mortgage broker in the country. Adam continued his career at RBS and then as a Senior Mortgage Adviser at another brokerage in Bristol.
Adam joined Fox Davidson in the Summer of 2016 and brings a wealth of knowledge especially in intricate mortgage lending criteria. He enjoys being able to place the more unusual mortgage cases.
Adam is a big fan of music and regularly attends local gigs and spends the summer going to festivals. He is also a keen sportsman completing half marathons, obstacle races, cycling to work and Monday night 6-a-side football. Adam supports Bristol City where he has a season ticket.
Pete has been a whole of Market Mortgage Broker since 2010 and during this time he has worked for several of the largest brokerages in the country before joining the team at Fox Davidson in the Summer of 2017. Pete brings with him a large knowledge base and enjoys finding a solution for the more unusual situation.
In his spare time Pete plays guitar in a band that can often be found in venues all over Bristol. When he isn’t playing he loves attending local gigs too. He is also a keen cyclist and runner and often takes part in organised sporting events all over the country.
Administration Team Manager.
Claire has worked in mortgage administration since 2012 starting with a large corporate brokerage and moving up the ranks within the administration team. By 2013 Claire had moved from pure administration to being on the front line of the team, speaking with clients, handling any issues and making sure they had great customer service.

Claire could be a candidate for the Great British Bake off. She is a dab hand in the kitchen and we actively encourage her with all her baking creations although our waists might not agree!
Ellie left university in 2012 with a degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing and has since been working a variety of roles in retail and financial sectors in Essex before making her move down to Bristol in the summer of 2014.
Ellie most recently worked at Bank of Ireland for the last 2 years providing Mortgage Brokers and clients with updates on their applications so has the inside knowledge of how to get an application to offer as quickly as possible as well as being very friendly and lovely to speak to.
When Ellie’s not completely focused on her work she enjoys drawing, animals, music, laughing, going to live music events, being outside, spending time with her partner, family and friends and exploring Bristol. She also enjoys feeding people and often bakes and buys sweets and cakes for everyone.
Laura is an experienced mortgage administrator and joined Fox Davidson after gaining mortgage administration experience at Bank of Ireland. Laura enjoys the variety of clients she works with and likes ensuring cases move to offer as quickly as possible.
Laura has a wealth of knowledge outside of work, particularly regarding penguins! She spent time studying them in South Africa, and has experience in animal care of all types of pets and wildlife. Laura is also an accomplished flower arranger. We have therefore nominated Laura as head of care for the Fox Davidson fish-tank.
Nicola is an essential part of the behind the scenes workings of Fox Davidson. As Office Manager Nicola ensures the wheels keep turning and we honestly don’t know what we would do without her.
Nicola helps to keep our high standards maintained by liaising with third parties and making sure the office runs smoothly so the brokers can focus on mortgage broking and the administrators can focus on administration.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kids. Socialising with friends and keeping fit with regular spin classes.
Marion is originally from Melbourne, Australia and she tells us she’s never even watched Neighbours! Marion has an absolute wealth of experience in all types of administration. In 2015 Marion relocated to the UK and became involved in the mortgage industry. Marion came to Fox Davidson from TSB where she gained an excellent knowledge of mortgage administration.
Marion enjoys her work as a mortgage administrator and loves speaking with clients and working to get cases to offer as quickly as possible.
Bubbly and always happy, Marion brightens up our days and is a joy to work with. Especially Wednesdays which she has nominated as ‘Cake Wednesday’. We look forwards to Wednesdays.
