The benefits of networking.

If you are a first-time developer or investor, then networking can be a great way to learn from more experienced property professionals. For seasoned investors and developers, networking gives you the chance to further your knowledge, especially at the groups which have monthly speakers presenting to the group. Many joint venture (JV) deals have taken place because of networking and the events bring together skill sets that complement each other to make property deals happen.
