The Property Developers’ Network Bristol is a monthly meetup in Bristol for property developers and investors. The monthly meeting brings together developers from across the Southwest and Wales. The event is attended by a plethora of property professionals including finance brokers and lenders, accountants, property agents, planning consultants, surveyors, solicitors, and architects.

The developers network Bristol was founded by James Adams. James is a property investor and developer. He now shares his knowledge with attendees at the various developer’s network meet ups around the country. You can read more about James’ business here https://www.fairholmestates.co.uk/

What are the benefits of attending the event?

Networking is all about bringing together people to get property deals done and to enhance one’s understanding of developing property. The developer’s network also brings together private funders and developers and has resulted in lots of joint venture deals taking place. The network’s sponsors offer professional advice for free at the event and attendees can share ideas, solve problems, and ask questions or offer advice.
